In the historical center of Florence out of the traditional tourist routes there are two districts – Santo Spirito and San Frediano, that preserved their ancient images. Here a lot of artistic and artisan workshops produce diverse objects using handwork and technologies proved by centuries. To recognize the secrets of the Florentine masters we have organized different courses that give opportunity to the students to learn these techniques directly near master, working together in a workshop.
With this initiative we want to get this fascinating reality known: a cultural and productive presence that we consider it as world’s heritage. The programmes suppose individual and group lessons, last from 1 to 6 months. Time-table of the lessons is organized together with a master, depending on the occupation of a student and a teacher.
