• Association fee: Those who want our assistance of accommodation must pay the association fee of € 50,00 which is valid for one year from the acceptance of enrolment and must be paid at the moment of enrolment. This fee is not refundable in any case.

• Regulation of staying: Accommodations are available from the Sunday afternoon before the course starts to the Saturday 10:00 after the course ends. Those who have other arrival or departure schedule are required to advice us in advance. Students who want a double room coming alone will be with another student who has the same request if possible. In contrary case they must pay the fee for a single room. For extraordinary needs, we have right to modify type of the requested accommodation, eventually by changing fees. Apartments are the most reasonable choice and which gives you a big freedom. They are neither of the school’s possession nor of any tourist agencies, whose task is exclusively acting as a bridge between students’ requests and owners. During the period when heater is on, heating cost will be charged. Linens are not provided in apartments. You can bring them for yourself or rent them from school. In this case bed sheets are changed once every two weeks, and towels once a week. Triple rooms are also available on request. The cost of electricity consumption is excluded in the mini-apartments’ fee. All accommodations must be left clean and tidy at check out and room cleaning service during the stay and at the end of the stay is charged. It is possible to request some extra cleaning during the stay.

• Rest time: Normally the rest time is from 21:00 to 8:00, it’s forbidden to turn high the volume of television or radio, to have a noisy party, to make noise with high heels or heavy shoes, to use washing machine, and to make any noise which can disturb others students or neighbours.

• Enrolment of guests: Every week the Regional committee’s office must inform of all students names and their addresses to the Questura, therefore students have to inform us of any eventual guests before their arrival in order to avoid civil and penal consequences.

• Accommodation fee: When students request an accommodation to our association for their stay, a deposit indicated by school at the moment of confirmation must be remitted by the expiry date. Otherwise they will lose the reservation. The deposit is not refundable. Students are required to settle the payment by cash before the course starts, at most by the first Tuesday after their arrival. For a longer stay more than two months, a deferment is possibile by consulting with the Regional committee.

• Accommodation variations: All variations, cancellations and eventual extensions must be communicated at least 30 days before the change and are subject to acception by both the S.C. and the C.P. If the cancellation or changes happen within these terms a penalty fee will be charged which is 30% of the total amount of the expected costs or on the difference due to change over. Eventual refunds are calculated four weeks after date of leaving the accommodation. If the cancellation or changes happen after these terms, no refund is foreseen.

Discount on accommodation: In case three people share a room in the apartment during the periods specified year by year, if available, the third person will get a discount.
